Follow-up Comment #1, bug #18168 (project wesnoth):
A way to fix it could be to get a vconfig for [recall_filter] during unit
creation and then passing that along up until it's passed to the SUF when
trying to recall.
Also, we need to take care for the lua unit creation with put_unit, not only
the wml tag [unit].
