Details:
I downloaded source code for Wesnoth 1.9.7 and compiled it with Cmake. After
installation proces was over i couldnot to start the game as normal user. This

This is output of compilation process (copied from .bash_history)

After I got error i have delleted all configuration files, but again I got
same error. This was output of permissions of installed files:

Also there is no any custom settings in my ~/.bashrc or ~/.bash_profile
Distribution is Kubuntu 11.04
