Thanks for the bug report.
I've replicated it and made some changes that I think fix it.
If you could check from your end it would be much appreciated.
BTW, what OS are you using? When I replicated the bug, it behaved slightly
different than you described. I think that is is due to the particular
version of boost::unordered_map and when exactly the iterators become
invalidated due to the load factor of the table.
