Follow-up Comment #12, patch #2819 (project wesnoth):
I just noticed that the change is in svn, and the fix works.
I expect that this code will be faster, as the -- operator no longer has
O(n/2) performance, but I'd love to see new benchmarks verifying that this is
still faster.
