Details:
One way to reproduce:
* Put Unit 1 (who should have 5 movement points) at location (6,1)
* Put Unit 2 (who should have 5 movement points) at location (1,4)
* Plan a multi-turn move for Unit 1 to location (6,7)
* Plan a multi-turn move for Unit 2 to location (7,7)
Effect: The multi-turn move planned for Unit 2 will be confirmed without
complaint, but immediately marked invalid because it conflicts with the
previous plan (both multi-turn moves are destined to stop at location (6,6),
causing a conflict).
Suggested solution: Modify pathfinding algorithm to take friendly units and
whiteboard plans into account when finding a multi-turn path.
