Details:

I started a multiplayer Caves of the Basilisk game on a local server, with
only myself and an AI playing.  I move my units close to the enemy, and on the
turn when the AI should attack me, the game stops progressing.  An hourglass
cursor remains forever (I waited at least 30 minutes) and my turn never
arrives.

I'm attaching a save game.
