Details:

To reproduce I used a lua like this
++
wesnoth.wml_actions.objectives({ note = "www" })
--
Copy-paste the www until the resulting dialog gets so big that it exceeds the
screen limits. When hovering over the close button that appears at the bottom
then the dialog starts looking very bad.

Note that there is/I have a usecase for this which is very important in
multiplayer: The [objectives] dialog can be viewed by a player while it is not
his turn (during the long boring turn wait while the other players have their
turns). This is normally never possible with any other addon-definable dialog
(wml/lua) at the player's request. Thus I use the objectives dialog to put the
scenario help text/description into its note= key and this help just happens
to be so comprehensive that this problem occurs.
