Details:

How to reproduce:
Run a game with 2sides, join third as observer.

during player2's turn (after he made few attacks/movements) give control of
his units to observing player3.

Now give it back to player2.

player2 can now move some of the previously moved units as if they had not
used their mp or attack. If he attacks without moving, no OOS might occur(!)
leaving a window for additional illegal attack (or possibly infinite amount of
those if control is swapped repeatedly).

Possibly introduced after
https://gna.org/bugs/?19056

or something similar that fixed the fact that the unit movement/ownership had
not been not updated if the control was taken mid-turn.

I'm attaching a replay with both situations present (only attack and
movement+attack) after swaping the control of side1 twice.
