Details:

Errors about "unescaped ampersands" appear in my terminal, when I view the
map descriptions of certain multiplayer maps.

To reproduce this bug:
0 Run wesnoth in a terminal.
0 Create a multiplayer game.
0 Choose one of these maps: "4p - Isar's Cross", "4p - Loris River", or "4p -
Paths of Daggers".
0 Hover mouse over minimap to see the map description. An error will appear
in the terminal.

These errors appear:

20111220 21:18:01 error gui/layout: ttext::set_markup text 'A very small 2
vs. 2 map. Close quarters fighting means the successful rotation of units and
planning of moves is important. Teams set for players 1&4 vs. 2&3 (northeast
vs. southwest). Designed for 75 starting gold, 20 villages.' has unescaped
ampersands '&', escaped them.
20111220 21:18:02 error gui/layout: ttext::set_markup text 'A 25x25 2 vs. 2
map centered around a river with keeps in opposite corners. Designed for
players 1&4 vs. 2&3. There are 28 villages. Recommended setting of 2 gold per
village.' has unescaped ampersands '&', escaped them.
20111220 21:18:03 error gui/layout: ttext::set_markup text 'A 35X27 2 vs. 2
map with 5 separate paths of engagement. Balanced to be played east vs. west
(1&4 vs. 2&3), but works well with any teams or FFA. Recommended setting of 2
gold per village, 28 villages.' has unescaped ampersands '&', escaped them.

This is a minor bug, because the map description still appears, and still has
ampersands in it.

I guess that someone should escape the ampersands, but I have no idea how to
escape them, nor why ampersands need any escaping.
