Details:

When using F5 in the titlescreen to refresh the WML cache, single-player
campaign credits (both for UMC and mainline campaigns, apparently) are
appended each time, resulting in the credits shown at the end of the campaign
becoming duplicated, triplicated, and so on according to the amount of times
the cache has been refreshed in the current session through this mechanism.

Steps to reproduce:

- Start Wesnoth
- Start the A Tale of Two Brothers campaign
- Activate debug mode and switch to the epilogue (last) scenario using :debug
:cl
- The first time, the credits after the end of the story text (you can speed
them up by keeping the Up arrow key pressed) will look normal, that is, a
single instance of the AToTB credits followed by the regular credits
- Go back into the titlescreen and press F5 to refresh the WML cache
- Load the AToTB epilogue scenario by following the same steps or load the
previously generated start-of-scenario saved game
- The credits for the campaign will appear twice before the regular credits.
If they don't, repeat the previous two steps again
