Details:

When the map moves (e.g. on an enemies turn or when you observe a game) the
active hex tile is not updated correctly. The golden border is displayed
"somewhere" but not under the cursor.
If it's hard to update the active tile correctly at least the golden border
should be removed when the tile is not under the cursor anymore.
