Details:

A bug report for something I said on IRC since I want to make sure that this
doesn't slip into a release undecided. (For we would then have to break
backwards compat.)

The two mentioned tags need/should be adapted to the new map format. There
should be a way to preprocessor-include a map file as saved directly by the
editor into a [terrain_mask] tag such as:
++
                [terrain_mask]
                        {./.../mapfile.map}
                [/terrain_mask]
--
Since terrain_mask doesn't take a [map] child yet and map files contain such
child now, this doesn't work without editing the map file.

Also, [replace_map] doesn't accept the new syntax at all yet.
