Follow-up Comment #1:
This often happens to me when I start Wesnoth into the test scenario in 1.11.
It does indeed seem to be caused by resizing the window while the "Objectives"
window is visible. It doesn't happen all of the time, but it happens most of
the time. Specifically, it doesn't always happen when I un-maximize the
window.
Which is to say, "Confirmed", I guess. 1.11.0-svn (r54056) here, built with
MinGW via Code::Blocks on Windows Vista.
