Follow-up Comment #1, bug #19813 (project wesnoth):

I have experienced the same problem.

Windows 7 (64-bit build 7601 SP 1) is installed with user interface language:
English, and two input languages: Japanese (Japan) > Keyboard > Microsoft IME,
and Russian (Russia) > Keyboard > Russian. Note: no English as input language,
because one of the modes in the Japanese IME lets you type in English. In the
Language Bar you see JA and RU.

Run Wesnoth, and EN English (United States) appears in the Language Bar, which
now has JA RU EN.

Reproducible.


This should be put in the 'Bug' category IMO, not 'Feature Request'.
