Follow-up Comment #1, bug #19533 (project wesnoth):
Some additional info:
First (what you can see if you download the attached image), this bug concerns
the tooltip for the lines like "melee-impact" in the side bar. It does not
affect the tooltip for lines like "19-2 crush", nor does it affect the
calculations made for a planned or actual attack. (It is a display error, not
a gameplay error.)
Second, "best ToD" is misleading, as leadership is not included at any time of
day. Nor is illuminates, it would seem. I guess this particular tooltip
ignores surrounding units?
