Details:
During MP campaign play, when a player deletes a unit in his recall list it
causes OOS for all other players.
How to duplicate the bug:
-Start MP campaign.
-Reach scenario 2 with at least 2 units available for recall.
-Delete unit in recall list.
-Recall a remaining unit from recall list.
-Move unit (maybe a redundant step).
