1)
images are not loaded from paths containing stuff like Cyrillic characters
(i.e. "My Documents" in Russian)

20120821 17:30:42 debug filesystem: Looking for 'misc/missing-image.png'.
2) stderr.txt writes in different encodings for filesystem errors and other
errors. I.e. it mixes CP1251 and UTF-8 for cyrillic chars; UTF-8 stuff comes
from misc logs, CP1251 comes from system error messages.
