Details:
My first revision of the UMCD draft since july 2012.
Though there is not a lot changes.
Changes list from the versionned version:
* Add a document convention section.
* Add a compressed file section.
* Add an option "DIR" to the server parameters.
* Regroup different section of the packet into markup. This will be useful to
factorize code during the coding phase.
* Add error/warning packets
* Add section :
- Request umc change password
- Request a new password
- Request umc upload
- Request umc delete
- Request license
- Text encoding
- Security
And begin intro to the Design chapter.
