Follow-up Comment #1, bug #21306 (project wesnoth):
I'm not SkyOne, but I can confirm that [filter_vision] behaves strangely on
1.11.7 Linux as well. I had a case where the key "visible=yes" did not work,
but setting it to "visible=no", then wrapping [filter_vision] in [not], did
work.
