Details:

There are various occurrences of this:

In the editor, on maps that are smaller than the viewport, the off-map areas
aren't cleared and display whatever used to be there.

On the pandora, the minimap can be too small and the off-map areas will be
filled with something that is related to the actual minimap. The area to the
right tends to be a copy of the minimap, while area below is much less
predictable. Units do show in the right place as they're drawn from a
different place in the code.

A similar minimap thing can be reproduced on a regular computer with the
following procedure:
1) Start the test scenario with a small windowed resolution (800x480
recommended)
2) Go fullscreen and notice the minimap isn't resized, but now occupies a
small part of its canvas
3) Click the minimap. It resizes.
