Details:
A simple request:
When one creates an mp game, in the scenario list scenarios appear to be
grouped with mainline first, then the add-ons in alphabetical order, and
within the groups by alphabetical order. Most likely this is because of the
order in which .cfg files are processed. But, if you are searching for a
particular scenario, you have to rummage around for a bit if you have a number
of add-ons, as you most likely do not know the complete list of add-ons you
have or where yours would be in the alphabetical order.
Proposal: At the start of the grouping corresponding to an add-on, it would be
nice if there were a separator "- Add-on Name -" in the list, maybe in a
different color. Not sure exactly how to implement this, but one way might be
to create a field "isPlaceholder" for multiplayer scenarios, configure the
game to add a scenario with "isPlaceholder = yes" and "name = Add-on Name"
whenever a new add-on directory is traversed, and configure the scenario list
to add a separator entry corresponding to any scenario with "isPlaceholder =
yes", but not allow the user to start such a scenario. This would also allow
UMC authors to add their own separators to the list. There might be a better
solution, this is just off the top of my head.
