Details:
When loading a multiplayer scenario start save through the multiplayer->load
game dialog, it produces the following error: "The scenario is invalid because
it has no id."
This affects all multiplayer campaigns.
This can be reproduced by using multiplayer LoW scenario starts as well as
using the attached test add-on mp campaign to make scenario start saves.
The first add-on is for testing in current master/1.12, the second one with a
date is for testing around the time of the commit listed below.
Testing using switch/checkout / bisecting in git revealed that commit:
8f6a3a5490245c46268f8f821292da33879c2002 "Changed the structure of savegames
to only contain the data necessary." (2012/08/15) introduced the error.
