Details:

If a scenario uses terrain_mask wml, then in the replay when the "stop" button
is pressed to restart, the map will not be reset to its original state,
causing out of sync.

I think I actually vaguely remember observing this with replays of UtBS in the
"out of the frying pan" scenario. But anyways here is a simple multiplayer
test scenario, with terrain wml changes at turn 3 and on.

Tested on master at revision: ebbf813
