Is the obserer needed to reroduce? >From the log you posted i can see that the last attack caused an advancemnt is that needed to reproduce? Also in the log i read something about an ai is that needed to reproduce?
In a normal 1vs1 game + observer + "make easy for debug mp-mod" i didn't get an error. Also i couldn't find revision 238bdbd (https://github.com/wesnoth/wesnoth/commit/238bdbd gives me an error).
