This is a mistake in whichever translation you are using. The translators left
the prefixes^ from the msgid fields in the msgstr instead of omitting them.
You should check the list of translation teams
<http://wiki.wesnoth.org/WesnothTranslations> in our wiki to find the contact
details for that translation and notify them of this issue.
(Assigning to Ivanovic in case he has something more to say about this/can
identify the translation in case the OP doesn't see this.)
