Details:
Requesting that one could map both the low end and high end to the ctrl-a
keymap. I play on a faster speed than normal, but sometimes I'd like the game
to move faster, eg AI battles. Currently if the speed is set higher than one
ctrl-a toggles between one and the user setting.
