Details:

There are a number of issues with the dehydration/thirst effect in the "Across
the Harsh Sands" scenario of "Under the Burning Suns".

1. The dehydration effect occurs only for the Morning, Midday, and Afternoon
turns, but the instructions say "During the daytime (Dawn, Morning, Midday,
Afternoon, and Dusk) at the beginning of each your turns, every unit in a
sand, road, rubble or sand dune hex will suffer from thirst." (I believe this
is the way it actually worked in older versions.)

2. If a dehydrated unit picks up the ring of travel, it still has the
dehydration icon, and it still seems to be suffering the effects of
dehydration (i.e., reduced attack damage), although it will not suffer
additional dehydration on subsequent turns. Furthermore, there is no way to
cure this - resting in an oasis no longer removes the dehydration.

3. Dehydration for other sides (e.g., the ogres) seems to work inconsistently
- they suffer dehydration on the first turn, but on later turns they do not
seem to do so, even in broad daylight.
