Follow-up Comment #2, bug #22983 (project wesnoth):
I tried to reproduce this with a downloaded 1.11.19 version by starting
"path_to_my_wesnoth\wesnoth.exe --config-dir D:\máslo" and the userdata was
properly read from D:\máslo. Did you also test another non ascii string
besides máslo ?
