Follow-up Comment #3, bug #23203 (project wesnoth):
I have done a build of 1.13.0-dev on my Win Xp Sp3 System with CodeBlocks,
using the today's Git Zip and the last CodeBlocksWinSDK supplied.
Sound problem does not occurs. It seems fixed.
