Details:

To reproduce:
1) Start a 1vs1 game undead vs undead
2) do a undoable recruit at side 1 (for example a ghul)
3) reload the game in mp mode
Then side 1 will undo the recruitment of the ghoul with the message : "Undoing
moves not yet transmitted to the server"
But the problem is that the move was already transmitted to the other player
because of the reloading so it causes OOS.

Proposed solution: clearing the undo stack when reloading in networked mp.

Not tested with 1.12
