Details:
if a.png is a 10x10 image and b.png is a 10x10 image a.png~BLIT(b.png,5,5)
fails, it claims that the src image is too big.
This is not the expected behaviour, which is that the upper left quarter of
b.png appears in the downer right quarter of a.png
