Details:

As of master @ 58b0697b00ce (post PR #473 by Aginor
<https://github.com/wesnoth/wesnoth/pull/473>), the following notable alpha
blending issues remain:

* Displaying the tooltips on the sidebar by hovering on unit info panel labels
leaves darker spots behind both on the sidebar and the game map.
* HttT scenario 1 shows some dark flickering during the opening dialog
sequence (side-effect of displaying transparent GUI2 windows?).
* HttT scenario 1 shows cumulative blending on the shyde's halo (ally leader
keep west from starting keep).
* Test scenario (-t option in the command line) displays cumulative blending
on map label shadows affected either by halos or by the unit selection
darkening overlay displayed when hovering a unit.

There might be others I have not come across yet. Tested with all unit and map
animation options enabled as it is the default.
