Details:
In singleplayer campaigns, the tooltip of the turn counter as well as the
title of the statistics dialog show the player's name (from multiplayer)
instead of the leader's name as it should (as in 1.12).
The player name is also shown in the "More >" part of the status table, but
I'm not 100% sure whether that's intentional or not.
