I don't think this is specific to berserker attacks.
Hmm this assert was added in 1.13 to prevent OOS errors related to sighted
events, if this assertion fails in 1.13 it mostlikeley means that that in 1.12
OOS can happen if a attack triggers a sigted event (by applying shroud updated
form previous moves when DSU is active.)
Anyway, will fix this in 1.13 soon not sure about 1.12
