Details:
To reproduce:
1) Click create new mp game (local/networked doesn't matter)
2) Select '2p Dark forecast survival' mp map
3) Switch the top menubutton to 'campaigns' so that usually LoW should be
selected (since there are no other mp campaigns)
4) You'll see that the 2p dark forecast difficulcy [options] slider still
appears in the rigth side custom options panel.
