I agree. I don't need yet another clock, I already have one in my (real) desktop, and another one in my "virtual" desktop. Another thing that bothers me is the theme dialog. It does not "remember" your current theme, so every time you launch it, the first theme is selected instead of your current theme. It is probably a minor problem, but I find it frustrating. And well, the "Advanced" preferences tag is still there. (Which is not bad by itself, but the way it works makes the dialogs even more inconsistent.)
