I think this is at least in big parts a good idea. Especially for
arts, campaigns and musics it does make lots of sense. Though I have
objections against this considering translations. If we gave really
many translators such an access we would have to make sure that they
do update the files as needed. That is why we should be a bit stricter
about adding translators. Adding coders really is needed but we should
be at least a little carefull. I'd say one of the old coders should
look at one patch if that is fine and afterwards he/she should get
access.
I also think we should add one or two "usercampaigns" to mainline now
that 1.0 is out. Especially Utbs should be considerd to become
official. I don't know which others should go in. But at least we
should have an active maintainer if the campaign goes in. I don't know
which ones should be added, but I would really like to have one or two
real beginners campaigns in there.
