This sounds better. "Free for all" sounds to me that I will end up
having to monitor every terrain art related commit to make sure it's
sound instead of commiting for others, which basicly will end up with
more work and the possibility for lower overall quality.
Having to prove that you are competent and "in tune" with the direction
the project wants to go is not a bad thing imo. More is always better...
