Hi, after being pushed a bit on IRC (you should do it more often) and with
help from Rusty, we've a release plan for Wesnoth 1.2.

You can have a look at it at:
http://www.wesnoth.org/wiki/Wesnoth1.2ReleasePlan

I will carefully listen to suggestions and opinions, but there won't be big
changes without a really good reason. For those who thought that we should
wait for some feature (like Saracens), don't worry, Wesnoth 1.4 is not
that far ;)

Please, if you intend to do any work that should be in Wesnoth 1.2 (and almost
everybody here probably does), you should *really* read the release plan and
create your section at http://www.wesnoth.org/wiki/Wesnoth1.2Features before
6 May with the features you plan to work on.

In my opinion, the schedule is quite reasonable, and should be possible to
follow it even if some problems appear in the way. Anyway, Wesnoth 1.2 will
be ready when it's ready.

Best regards
