I noticed that when installing Wesnoth on a windows box using the installer (at least for 1.3.6), you are asked to agree to the GPL. This seems odd, since the GPL doesn't place restrictions on installing software, only redistribution. Fedora recently changed their install process to have you click a button labelled "I understand" rather than "I agree" and that seems like a better way to do things. Personally, I would rather just see a comment that says if you plan on giving copies of the program away you should read the license and not have a radio button that needs to be changed to go to the next step in the install process.
