Rather late in the 1.4 cycle I added the 'rand' key for [set_variable],
which is a MP save random generator. I planned to phase out the 'random' key in
1.5 and use rand instead. (I don't want to change 1.4 of course.)
Recently I added a deprecated message for 'random' and Zookeeper noticed a
lot of warnings due to this change. So I think it would be better to
phase out 'rand' and make 'random' MP safe. I hope/assume that 'rand'
hasn't been used much yet, I hope most WML uses {RANDOM}.
The other option is to make 'rand' and 'random' aliases but I don't
like aliases too much.
Both those changes will break replay compatibility. Any ideas, comments?
