After the comments mainly being "go for it", I worked on removing tinygui
support yesterday. It is scattered over various commits between revision 48480
and r48489 (some unrelated commits are in this block, too!).

So far one thing that was tinygui related is still left in since it was not
defined out: The GUI2 definitions for a "GUI that is tiny". Those can still be
useful for two cases: as example how these things can be done for varying sizes
as well as direct usecase once we have the engine being done completely in GUI2
and the gameview part in OGL to allow more easy zooming. Then it should be
possible to reactivate support for resolutions <800x600 (or 800x480 when using
- --smallgui).

My request to everyone:
Please do make sure that trunk does still compile and work normally as it used
to. Besides it would also be nice if you ran some of those fancy check progs
that looked for unused functions and whatnot, in case there is anything that is
not required anymore, some esotheric function or whatever.

Cheers,
Nils Kneuper aka Ivanovic

PS:
Yeah, I know that I forgot adding the removal of tinygui in the changelogs as
well as in the RELEASE_NOTES, will do so now, so expect this in the next
revision.
