Hi everybody!
Due to heavy string changes over the last days the time for tagging 1.10 is
still (at least) 2 weeks off. Though I'd like to work on tagging 1.10 rc1 in
about 30 hours (meaning on January 7th, 19:00 GMT+1).

This is how I'd like to handle the RC times this cycle:
* If you commit something it *HAS* to be a bugfix. Cleanup commits are not
valid until 1.10 is tagged. In the commit you have to describe the bug fixed
and list a bugtracker entry.
* This rule governs basically all areas of the game. Meaning neither WML nor
C++ or Lua changes are allowed that are not bug fixes. The main exemption of
this rule are translation updates since those are allowed till the last minute.
* If you have any problem with this system, please notify me before I tag
1.10-rc1. If there is any blocker: Please notify me ASAP!

If 1.10-rc1 works reasonably well I plan to work on tagging 1.10 "final" on
January 21st and announce the release of 1.10 on January 28th with only this
single release candidate before the final release.

Any comments or questions?
Cheers,
Nils Kneuper aka Ivanovic
