Hi everybody!
This mail is meant as reminder that we are getting really close to tagging
1.10.0. If you want to be sure that your work is included in 1.10 please make
sure to either commit it yourself (if you are a dev and got the permissions)
or (in case you are a translator) send it to me until the following date/time:

Saturday, January 21st, 23:59 GMT+1

Yes, I won't directly tag at that time. But for anything being committed later
on I can't guarantee that it will be included in 1.10.0.

In case there is a blocker or anything I *have* to wait for before tagging
1.10.0, please notify me immediately.

The general plan is to announce 1.10.0 exactly one week after tagging it. I
will not branch off 1.10 before it is announced. So the time between tagging
and announcing is to be used for creating packages as well as further testing
that everything with the release is working as expected (aka "no huge blocker
found"). Until 1.10 is announced only changes that are meant to appear in
both, 1.11.x as well as 1.10.x are to be committed.

Cheers,
Nils Kneuper aka Ivanovic
