This is a contradictio in terminis, /if/ we move to GitHub I need to spend time modifying my checkout, if me move to GitHub directly I wouldn't have spend that time. Esr spend time and effort to get the move to SF done and now restarting the discussion almost directly after the move sounds very disrespectful to me. Tell how the time he spend to make the move to SF is not wasted? I don't know how many developers created an SF account specifically for Wesnoth's move to SF; that time is also wasted. > >Gambit why didn't you tell us your intentions to contact GitHub again > >and when did you contact them? > > I did speak to people about it. I just didn't speak to everyone. I assume you didn't state this intention on the mailing list, if you did I didn't receive the email. > I sent the email last night and got a response in two hours. What is the rationale to do it /after/ the move and not before? -- Regards, Mark de Wever aka Mordante/SkeletonCrew _______________________________________________ Wesnoth-dev mailing list [email protected] https://mail.gna.org/listinfo/wesnoth-dev
