Wiki updating for the rehosting was messy and substantial. I made
some changes from Gna- to to SF-based URLs that are going to be
difficult to find and fix because of inadequacies in the wiki search
function.
And while I was doing this I was fielding requests from lots of
devs to get registered on SF.
Nobody else could be bothered to do this scutwork. But they were
sure ready to say it had to be done all over again, throwing
away my time investment.
