I'm also not sure how to resolve it, but at least some discussion
regarding the subject has started. However I think that working together
doesn't need people to boss around or being bossed around. But it would
be nice if an idea/direction can be discussed upfront and accepted or
vetoed. Who gets to decide that can be a `dictator', but it could also
be a democratic vote, or something completely different.

At least Ivanovic has been nice enough to start several threads
regarding the topics we discussed at the FOSDEM, so we can discuss some
of (the more controversial) ideas upfront before starting to work on
them. So maybe that helps to get a bit more structure in the
development.
