*Translating & Coordinating our Ideas/Ideals/Vision*

Ladies and gentlemen,

We have a lot of very constructive ideas as I have seen on this forum.
However, we need to coordinate or transform these ideas into some
constructive format. As professionals, *our vision*, *dreams,* I*deas/**ideals
*can be better delivered if we organize them into a usable format.
For instance, we had a lot of discussion on Barifa Forest, Matego District,
Electricity. How do we get these ideas to the Local Councils, Munical
council , RC/LC, Mayor or Town Clerk? Who can represent our voices? The
ideas poured on the net were very brilliant. It will be futile if we do not
pass these ideas in the hands of the local authorities. If we are going to
be a constructive think tank for our communities, we seriously need to have
a plan on how to communicate our ideas to the local administrators.

Most of us are scatered all over the surface of the globe, I believe this
net is a perfect tool for voicing our opinions. Without these ideas
reaching the people who implemnt policies in West Nile Region, are we
honestly trying to solve any problem(s) or bring any change(s)?

I would like to suggest/recommend we should organize ourselves as " a body
with a name". Whatever name people propose/suggest we can discuss it. For
instance, The Task Force was formed in response to poor performance in
schools. They are working towards a spefic goal. Do we want to continue to
exist as a reactive problem solvers or we had better exist as proactive
problem solvers? I thiink we should catch on the fire from the TF?
