You are welcome Vasco. You have done it well too. My hope is that the West Nile Forum gives the right direction for development for the region. Arguments in support or against the government will take much of our time. Both government and opposition have wrongs and rights but the government has the mandate to ensure that the rights of citizens are protected and fulfilled and the citizens have the right to demand services from the government when inadequate or lacking. Let us be focused on development issues princeplally and drive the issues forward BUT be STRATEGIC. I am a later comer on the forum, I would love to see the agenda or objectives of the forum. Can Alaka help the late comers to access this. I think this will help guide us who are not yet aware in the discussions. Thanks Christine M
