Dear colleagues.

The debate on districts is one that i have followed keenly across the
country. While similarities exist between different regions, stark
differences also abound. I performed the "task" of MC at Oluvu Parish in
Maracha on Sunday after the district launch. I witnessed interesting events
as we raised funds for God, I can't stop learning!! Later
